To,

 Mr. Rahul Khullar,

Chairman, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, New Delhi.

Subject: writing against response to OTT service regulation

respected sir,

With due respect, this regulation will cost a lot more than just the freedom of internet. I went through all the questions of the consultancy form. The concern questioned there is more favorable to the telecom industries. As a daily user of the internet i think it would cost me more than just money. my freedom to access the world wide web is at stake. The money i pay for internet will double itself in the long run. the telecom industry should instead of cutting down the easy access, evolve a more competitive market for each other. We are a developing economy and there is a strict need to give people an easy access to get connected to the world. Now, when most of our states are working for making cities free wi-fi zones, you are restricting them to data limits and reaching the world.

As a user I oppose it.

Thank You
