Use My Account (Billing and Payments -> Make payment -> Payments.)
Payment can be done through Credit/Debit card or Net-banking
2. Cheque/Demand draft (DD)
Cheque/DD should be on the name of “AC-Payee Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd xxxxxxxxx” xxxxxxxxx denotes your 9 digit Billing Account Number (BAN) present below billing address in your bill.
It is mandatory to mention BAN else cheque/DD will not be credited against your account.
Kindly ensure Outstation cheques are not deposited.

3. Postpaid Cash Vouchers:
Postpaid Cash Vouchers are available with various recharge outlet dealers.

To redeem voucher go to My Account (Billing and Payments -> Make Payment -> Payments -> Voucher Topup).
4. Payment pick-up facility:
For cheque pick-up facility from your registered billing address, write to us at

A nominal amount of Rs.20/- will be charged in your subsequent bill for this facility.
