Unsolicited Commercial
Communication

What is consent?

Consent means any voluntary permission given by the customer to the sender to receive commercial communication related to specific purpose, product or service.

Who can give consent and to whom?

As per new regulatory framework TSPs are responsible to maintain digital records of consent given by customers to principal entities (business and legal entities) in a robust and verifiable manner.

A mobile subscriber/recipient of commercial communication gives consent to principal entities which digitally records using the consent acquisition process developed by collaboration of principal entities and TSPs.

How to manage consent?

You can manage your consent given to the sender for sending commercial communication to you. For more information on how to revoke consent, visit TSPs' Website
